The New Richmond Exempted Village School District G.A.T.E.S. students from Locust Corner, Monroe and New Richmond elementary schools gave their 3rd quarter Social Studies (inspired by a visit to the Underground Railroad Museum in Cincinnati) performances March 4 under the direction of NREVSD Gifted Coordinator Rachel R.
