"This year's program has a cirus theme and students who achieve their goal of reading for 300 minutes during March will be treated to a performance by the Amazing Portable Circus on March 25," explained Combs.
Combs and his staff spent the weekend decordating New Richmond Elementary like a cirus for the month long event. They were joined at Monday's kickoff by members of the University of Cincinnati track team and the Bearcat mascot.
