Prep Rally kicks off testing week

It's state testing time this week and the staff at New Richmond Elementary, with an assist from the New Richmond High School varsity cheerleaders, pep band and senior performers Erica Jones and Tucker Hawkins, got the school's grade 3-6 students ready for the Ohio Achievement Assessments with a rousing Prep Rally.
