NREVSD kindergarten registration

New Richmond Exempted Village School District parents are urged to register their kindergarten age children as soon as possible for the 2013-2014 school year to help the district plan for the number of kindergarten classes at its New Richmond, Monroe and Locust Corner elementary schools.

Parents outside the NREVSD area must first apply for open enrollment before registering their child.

Children must be 5 years old on or before August 1, 2013 to be eligible for kindergarten for the 2013-2014 school year.

Kindergarten registration will be accepted from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday at the NREVSD Central Office, 212 Market Street, 3rd Floor, in New Richmond.

Parents or guardians should bring the following information when they register their child:
 
• Original Birth Certificate 
• Social Security Card 
• Immunization Records 
• Picture I.D. of Custodial Parent or Legal Guardian 
• Proof of Residency (cable bill, water bill, gas/electric bill)
